Use the buttons to show/hide an overlay of the lobular architecture. Move your mouse over the portal tracts and central veins to magnify them.
Where is the fibrosis, pericentral, periportal, or both?
Note that there is significant fibrosis around the central veins in addition of some fibrosis bridging from the portal tracts. This is the finding of cardiac sclerosis. In cirrhosis, the central veins should be relatively spared until late in the disease.
